In the meantime, please review this information for your upcoming appointment:

• Please remove objects (photos, lamps, etc.) from the top of the piano before my arrival so that I can open the lid freely.

• I am happy to interact with friendly pets; however, for everyone's safety, please secure animals that can get agitated or aggressive with strangers.

• As much as possible, please plan for a relatively quiet environment at the time of our appointment. I listen for subtle sounds in order to bring out the best in your piano. Loud background noise such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, vacuum cleaners, or loud music or TV will reduce the quality of the tuning I am able to provide. 

• If this is my first visit to your piano, I prefer that you be present during the appointment. For returning clients, if you would like me to come when no one is home, please let me know how you want to arrange that.
